Terms of use
These terms apply when you use StratumView, including the app at app.stratumview.com and client packages made with it. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Beta software
StratumView is in beta. Features may change, and it may contain errors. Measurements, levels, areas, sections, coordinates and printed plans it produces are indicative only. Check them against your source data and your own survey or design software before relying on them, and don’t use StratumView as the only basis for design, set-out, construction, cadastral or other decisions.
Your account
Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use needs a subscription on the terms shown when you subscribe.
Your data
Your drawings and files remain yours and stay on your computer. You’re responsible for having the right to open, share and package the data you use with StratumView, including in client packages you send to others.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to break, overload or get around the security or access controls of the service, and don’t resell access to it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StratumView is provided as is, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as StratumView develops. We’ll post the new version here with its date.
